Palcsó Smoked Mild Bacon is classic Hungarian “csemege szalonna”: a firm, rind-on fatback that’s dry-salted and slowly smoked for a gentle, rounded flavour. Slice paper-thin for bread with onions and pickles, cube and render as a base for beans, cabbage or greens, or skewer and roast over the fire for true countryside style. The mild cure lets the pork aroma shine while the smoke adds depth without harshness.
