Nádudvari Lactose-Free Semi-Fat Cottage Cheese is made from pasteurised milk with added lactase enzyme. It can be used in classic Hungarian favourites such as túrós csusza, túrógombóc, pastries, pancakes, cakes, or simply enjoyed with fresh bread and vegetables.
Ingredients: Pasteurised milk, culture, lactase enzyme. Fat in dry matter: at least 25% (m/m). Lactose content: <0.1g/100g.
