Univer Édes Anna combines finely ground sweet paprika with smoked sweet paprika for a deeper, more aromatic flavour. It can be used straight from the jar as a condiment or added during cooking to bring colour, sweetness, and a gentle smoky character to stews, soups, sauces, marinades, and meat dishes.
Ingredients: Sweet ground paprika paste 87% (raw ground spice and pritamin paprika, salt, acid: citric acid, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate), smoked sweet ground paprika 8%, vinegar, salt, thickener (xanthan gum), modified starch.
History: Édes Anna is a well-known Hungarian paprika condiment from Univer, based on one of the country’s most iconic ingredients: sweet red paprika. This smoked version adds a deeper, gently smoky character while keeping the familiar mild paprika flavour.
