Made from 65% pork, mechanically deboned pork, and pork rind, it’s seasoned with salt, spices, and natural extracts, then cooked and gently smoked to develop its deep, savoury profile. Fully cooked and ready to eat, a quick warm-up in simmering water is recommended to enhance its taste and texture. Gluten- and lactose-free, with no added flavour enhancers.
Ingredients: Pork (65%), water, casing, mechanically separated pork, table salt, starch, spices, emulsifiers (diphosphates), antioxidants (ascorbic acid), spice extracts, aromas, colouring (carmine), preservative (sodium nitrite).
